Here is an outstanding rare find! This 9 inch Northwood Peacock on a Fence Plate is the Radium White Clear Iridescent Carnival Glass. It was made by H. Northwood and Company of Wheeling, W.Va., probably between 1908 and 1915. It has the ribbed back and the pie crust edge. There are no chips, cracks or hairlines on the piece. There are air bubbles throughout (as seen in the photos) and has a very smooth satin glass feel all over.
