However, if you need to return an item, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below.

Returns:

  • Return Window: We accept returns for almost any reason within 7 business days of receipt. Whether the item isn’t quite what you expected or you’ve simply changed your mind, you can return it. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@andtiques.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with an unforeseen issue, please contact us immediately. We require photos as proof of the damage, after which we will issue a full refund. For items valued over $75, we may ask you to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Quality Assurance: At Andtiques, we carefully inspect each item before shipping. While we make every effort to describe our items accurately, we recognize that antiques and collectibles may have minor imperfections. If a significant issue is found that wasn’t previously noted, please let us know, and we will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed or the issue is resolved.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature or condition. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly noted in the product description.
