Vintage Shawnee Smiley The Pig 2 Qt Ceramic Pitcher 1940's

This was one of the most popular Shawnee pieces of the 1940's.  It is a 2 quart pitcher that has a good deal of natural crazing throughout. (Please see photos as part of this description) 

   The colors are still nice and prominent and there are no chips, cracks or hairlines that we can see other than the mentioned natural crazing.    

   It stands approximately 8 inches tall and is approximately 6 inches wide left to right.  From nose to back is approximately 8½ inches.  
The words "Patented Smiley USA" is on the bottom but is smooth worn.  You can tell the marking, it is just very light and smooth indentions.
